Extension of Share Repurchase Program

As announced on December 21, 2021, the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) has authorized a share repurchase plan under which the Company may repurchase up to US$10 million of its shares over the next 12 months. Given its confidence in the Company’s business prospects, the Board has authorized an extension of the share repurchase program for another 12 months until December 31, 2023.
