Amtech Systems (NASDAQ: ASYS) reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $30 million.

• For the first fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2022, revenues are expected to be in the range of $21 to $23 million with operating margin negative.
