Saratoga Investment (SAR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25.9% to $0.68; 12% Yield

Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share, or $2.72 annualized. This is a 25.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.

The dividend will be payable on January 4, 2023, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12 percent.
