Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.915 per share, or $3.66 annualized. This is a 1.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.905.

The dividend will be payable on December 2, 2022, to stockholders of record on November 18, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of November 17, 2022.
