Service Corp (SCI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8% to $0.27; Approves Addition of $350M to Buyback Program

Service Corp (NYSE: SCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on December 30, 2022, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.

The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has increased the authorized level of repurchases of its common stock by approximately $350 million. When combined with approximately $250 million of authority remaining under the existing program, this represents a total of $600 million of current share repurchase authority effective today.
