Zions Bancorp (ZION) Declares $0.41 Quarterly Dividend; Approves $50M Share Repurchase

Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 17, 2022, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of November 9, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.

Zions Bancorporation, N.A. (NASDAQ: ZION) announced today that its board of directors (“board”) authorized a share repurchase for the fourth quarter of 2022 of up to $50 million.
