Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.31 per share, or $5.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2023, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2022.
