Oceaneering (OII) Tops Q3 EPS by 9c

Oceaneering (NYSE: OII) reported Q3 EPS of $0.23, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $560 million versus the consensus estimate of $544.58 million.

Initial guidance for 2023:

Consolidated EBITDA is expected in the range of $260 million to $310 million; and

• Free cash flow generation is expected to exceed $100 million.
