Commercial Metals (NYSE: CMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on November 10, 2022, to stockholders of record on October 27, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of October 26, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
