RPM International (RPM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.42; 1.8% Yield

RPM International (NYSE: RPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2022, to stockholders of record on October 17, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of October 14, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
