Saga Communications (NASDAQ: SGA) declared a special dividend of $2 per share.
The dividend will be payable on October 21, 2022, to stockholders of record on October 3, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of September 30, 2022.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.7 percent.
