Clarivate (CLVT) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c; Offers FY22 Guidance

Clarivate (NYSE: CLVT) reported Q2 EPS of $0.22, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $686.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $691.75 million.

GUIDANCE:

Clarivate sees FY2022 EPS of $0.80-$0.90, versus the consensus of $0.89. Clarivate sees FY2022 revenue of $2.7-2.76 billion, versus the consensus of $2.79 billion.
