UPDATE: Roth Capital Upgrades Centrus Energy Corp. (LEU) to Buy

Roth Capital analyst Joe Reagor upgraded Centrus Energy Corp. (NYSE: LEU) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $48.00 (from $45.00).

The analyst comments "On August 4, 2022, LEU announced its financial results for Q2 2022. Results were above expectations due to the lumpiness of sales that LEU experiences, in our view. Additionally, we believe the risks related to Russia have subsided somewhat and as such, we are upgrading from Neutral to Buy, and increasing our price target from $45 to $48."
