Chord Energy (NASDAQ: CHRD) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share, or $5 annualized. This is a 113.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.585.

The dividend will be payable on August 30, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 16, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 15, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
