Ashford Hospitality Trust (AHT) Tops Q2 EPS by 7c, AFFO by 11c

Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE: AHT) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.27), $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $348.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $335.9 million.

Adjusted funds from operations came in at $1.23/share, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Comparable REVPAR was $135.08.
