Zions Bancorp (ZION) Declares $0.41 Quarterly Dividend; $50M Stock Buyback

Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized. The dividend will be payable on August 25, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 17, 2022.The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

The company also announced today that its board of directors authorized a share repurchase for the third quarter of 2022 of up to $50 million.
