First National Community Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNCB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.090 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.075.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 31, 2022.
