South Plains Financial Inc. (NASDAQ: SPFI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2022.
