Greene County Bancorp (NASDAQ: GCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 12, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
