Cummins (NYSE: CMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.57 per share, or $6.28 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $1.45.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 19, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 18, 2022.
