Life Storage (NYSE: LSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.08 per share, or $4.32 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.00.

The dividend will be payable on July 26, 2022, to stockholders of record on July 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of July 14, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
