Susquehanna analyst Charles Minervino reiterated a Positive rating and $192.00 price target on Boeing (NYSE: BA) after updating 2Q and full-year 2022 estimates for BA to include May delivery data.
The analyst stated "Currently, BA is tracking slightly below our prior 2Q22 delivery estimate of 95, and thus we have lowered it to 90 given 57 already delivered through two months and 33 estimated for June. Supply chain challenges continue to be an overhang, and BA’s most recent commentary has been that the goal is achieving stability before looking to increase rates. While production, deliveries and orders have lagged estimates, we continue to believe strongly in BA’s market position, catalyst path, and high normalized earnings power. As a result, we remain Positive with a $192 price target."
