Piper Sandler analyst James Fish downgraded NetScout (NASDAQ: NTCT) from Neutral to Underweight with a price target of $33.00 (from $35.00).
The analyst comments "We see multiple risks to management's mid-teens product growth, including: worsening supply chain, pull-in of orders, economic sensitivity in a downturn scenario, Service Provider capex growth having peaked, and guide including Omnis success despite multiple issues. Margins could still improve, capital return needs to be more sustainable, and valuation is at its peak multiple. Reduce to UW and $33 PT."
