Packaging Corp. (NYSE: PKG) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share, or $5 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $1.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
