Morgan Stanley analyst James Faucette lowered the price target on LoanDepot Inc (NYSE: LDI) to $2.25 (from $4.00) while maintaining a Equalweight rating.
The analyst stated "Origination headwinds dragging on revenue and profitability have led management to focus on business sustainability through to the next cycle. Volume and margin estimates move lower, along with multiple, to reflect uncertainty ahead."
