Groupon (GRPN) Misses Q1 EPS by 28c; Guides Lower

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.80), $0.28 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.52). Revenue for the quarter came in at $153.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $165.81 million.

GUIDANCE:

Groupon sees Q2 2022 revenue of $155-165 million, versus the consensus of $202.4 million.

Groupon sees FY2022 revenue of $670-700 million, versus the consensus of $837.08 million.
