EOG Resources (EOG) Declares Total of $2.25 in Special + Regular Dividends

EOG Resources (NYSE: EOG) declared a regular and a special dividend.

The regular dividend of $0.75 will be payable July 29, 2022, to stockholders of record as of July 15, 2022. The Board of Directors today also declared a special dividend of $1.80 per share on EOG's common stock. The special dividend will be payable June 30, 2022, to stockholders of record as of June 15, 2022.
