Vertex Pharma (VRTX) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c; Reiterates Outlook

Vertex Pharma (NASDAQ: VRTX) reported Q1 EPS of $3.52, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $3.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.07 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Vertex Pharma reiterates FY2022 revenue of $8.4-8.6 billion, versus the consensus of $8.58 billion.
