Kadant (KAI) Tops Q1 EPS by 18c, Offers Guidance

Kadant (NYSE: KAI) reported Q1 EPS of $2.28, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $2.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $226 million versus the consensus estimate of $215.17 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kadant sees FY2022 EPS of $8.80-$9.00, versus the consensus of $8.84. Kadant sees FY2022 revenue of $885-905 million, versus the consensus of $8.84 million.

Kadant sees Q2 2022 revenue of $215-220 million, versus the consensus of $227 million.
