CNH Industrial N.V. (CNHI) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c

CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNHI) reported Q1 EPS of $0.28, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.56 billion.

2022 Outlook:

The Company is confirming the following 2022 outlook for its Industrial Activities:

• Net sales(***) up between 10% and 14% year on year including currency translation effects
• SG&A expenses lower or equal to 7.5% of net sales
• Free cash flow in excess of $1.0 billion
• R&D expenses and capital expenditures at around $1.4 billion
