Baxter (NYSE: BAX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 3.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2022, to stockholders of record on June 3, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of June 2, 2022.
