Zions Bancorp (ZION) Declares $0.38 Quarterly Dividend; $50M Stock Buyback

Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. The dividend will be payable on May 26, 2022, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of May 18, 2022. The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.

The board of directors also authorized a share repurchase for the second quarter of 2022 of up to $50 million.
