American Water Works (NYSE: AWK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.6550 per share, or $2.62 annualized. This is an 8.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.6025.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2022, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
