Evercore (NYSE: EVR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.72 per share, or $2.88 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.68.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2022, to stockholders of record on May 27, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of May 26, 2022.
