NASDAQ (NDAQ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $0.60; 1.3% Yield

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.

The dividend will be payable on June 24, 2023, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of June 9, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
