Dow (DOW) Declares $0.70 Quarterly Dividend; Approves $3B Buyback Program

Dow (NYSE: DOW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share, or $2.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2022, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
