Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.9133 per share, or $3.6532 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.8698.

The dividend will be payable on May 16, 2022, to stockholders of record on April 22, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of April 21, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
