Morgan Stanley analyst Tim Hsiao reiterated an Overweight rating and $42.00 price target on XPeng (NYSE: XPEV) noting that orders recovered after the Chinese New Year celebration and surged prior to the recent price hike.
The analyst stated "a solid order book bolsters 1H volume despite uncertain supply dynamics. Margins stay suppressed in 1H for rising component costs but should rise in 2H. Improved OCF may ease the market's concern over a high burn rate."
