Cantor Fitzgerald Reiterates Aspira Women’s Health (AWH) at Overweight with $4 PT, Sees Shares as "Materially Undervalued"

Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Ross Osborn reiterated an Overweight rating and $4.00 price target on Aspira Women’s Health (NASDAQ: AWH), following the company's Q4 report.

The analyst comments: "We reiterate our Overweight rating and 12-month $4 price target on AWH's shares following the company's reporting comprehensive 4Q21 operating results and providing color on CY22. Specifically, AWH reported 4Q21 revenue of $1.9 million (Cantor $1.8 million / FactSet Consensus $1.9 million) driven by a record 4,750 OVA1plus tests (+23%) across 3,215 ordering physicians (+24%). Additionally, gross margin increased by 600bps YoY as the company's ASP continues to increase with broader payor adoption. Turning to CY22 and beyond, operations in January and February were negatively affected by COVID-19, but the company reported record daily volumes in the first week of March and painted a picture of sequential improvement for the balance of the year. Furthermore, the company's product pipeline remains intact, with OvaWatch set to launch in 2H22 and EndoCheck next year. Accordingly, we continue to believe AWH's shares are materially undervalued and see a positive CY22E and CY23E, as the company has demonstrated a strong performance despite macro headwinds. With shares trading at 3.8x CY23E revenue versus slower-growing peers at 5.4x, we would encourage investors to acquire shares at what we believe represents an attractive valuation."
