Medifast (NYSE: MED) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.64 per share, or $6.56 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 9, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
