Morgan Stanley analyst Simon Flannery reiterated an Overweight rating and $150.00 price target on T-Mobile US, (NASDAQ: TMUS) but announced a new Bull Case possibility of $210 per share ahead of catalysts including the Sprint network shutdown, enhanced buyback program and fixed wireless momentum.
The analyst stated "Our bull case moves to $210 from $196 as we move to a FCF driven methodology: Our $210 bull case represents a ~6% yield on our bull 2023e equity FCF, in line with cable company Charter, while it also represents an ~8% yield on our bull 2024e equity FCF. This is up from our prior $196 bull case, which was based on 10x 2023e core EBITDA."
