Chubb Corp. (CB) Declares $0.80 Quarterly Dividend; Board Plans Increase to $0.83

Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share, or $3.2 annualized. The dividend will be payable on April 8, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 18, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 17, 2022. The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.

Chubb Limited announced today that its Board of Directors will recommend to shareholders at the company's 2022 Annual General Meeting an increase in its quarterly dividend for the twenty-ninth consecutive year. The proposal calls for a $3.32 annual per share dividend, payable in four quarterly installments of $0.83 per share, compared to the current quarterly dividend amount of $0.80 per share.
