Outlook:

Raising full year 2022 Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA1 guidance to $7.0 - $7.5 billion and full year 2022 Distributable Cash Flow1 guidance to $4.3 - $4.8 billion due primarily to the accelerated substantial completion of Train 6 at the SPL Project (defined below), further improvement in LNG market margins across 2022, and the timing of delivery of certain LNG cargoes around year end 2021.
