Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.855 per share, or $3.42 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.83.

The dividend will be payable on March 25, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.
