Financial Institutions (FISI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.4% to $0.29; 3.7% Yield

Financial Institutions (NASDAQ: FISI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 7.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 18, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 17, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
