Cisco Systems (CSCO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.7% to $0.38; Approves $15B Buyback Plan

Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.37.
The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2022, to stockholders of record on April 6, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of April 5, 2022.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
Cisco's board of directors has also approved a $15 billion increase to the authorization of the stock repurchase program. There is no fixed termination date for the repurchase program. The remaining authorized amount for stock repurchases including the additional authorization is approximately $18 billion.
