Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.18; 3.6% Yield

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
