SITE Centers Corp. (SITC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.13; 3.5% Yield

SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on April 7, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 17, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
