PriceSmart (PSMT) Raises Semi-Annual Dividend 22.9% to $0.43; 1.3% Yield

PriceSmart (NASDAQ: PSMT) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.43 per share, or $0.86 annualized. This is a 22.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
