Otter Tail Corp (NASDAQ: OTTR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4125 per share, or $1.65 annualized. This is a 5.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2022.
